Community Coordination

Children's Response Center works with other community agencies to help ensure child sexual abuse and traumatic stress victims and their families get responsive, comprehensive services. This coordinating role helps the community avoid duplication of services and addresses training and education needs for professionals and other community members.

The Center is involved in ongoing planning and coordination with other King County Community Sexual Assault programs. In addition, representatives from the Center meet monthly with these other Eastside agencies to coordinate services for children, families and victims:

Inter-agency agreements with The Center for Human Services, Shoreline School District, Snoqualmie School District and Encompass in the Snoqualmie Valley enable the Center to see children for counseling in outlying areas.
