At the Children's Response Center we work to support the Advisory Board on all levels. Our aim is for Board members to serve a successful term, and enjoy working effectively and efficiently as a team. With this goal in mind, we engaged the services of Maté Rivera-Uribe, Professional Life Coach, who is serving as the Advisory Board's Team Building and Communications Coach. We are thrilled with her workshops that help facilitate relationship building, ease of communication, and the joy and excitement that comes with working on a team.

With an M.A. in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from University of Washington, I worked at Microsoft Corporation and Berlitz Language Center before starting my private practice as a Professional Life Coach. I coach in English and Spanish.
As an International Professional Life Coach working with teams my purpose is to partner with my clients to create better outcomes by understanding what is holding them back from performing at their best and co-creating the transformation that leads to both
enjoyment and success in the workplace and in their lives.
